Bella-Tiara products are top quality products at extremely LOW AND AFFORDABLE prices, however we cannot make everyone happy, therefore we offer a hassle free return on most items, however only 2 items are allowed per return.

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Pre-approval of returns is required, you must have a return authorization to send it back.

All returns must be received by us within 15 days from receipt of shipment and in the original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable. 

• There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned or exchanged items. We do not refund shipping. We apologize but the restocking fee is justified as it takes time out of our busy day to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our inventory, unpack the item, this is cost to us.


• There is a 20% restocking fee on all cancelled order after 2 days of purchase
• Bella-Tiara will inspect the returned item and determine if item has been used or if they are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be immediately sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.
• Damaged or wrongly packed items will not incur any restocking fee, will be replaced with the same item only.
  
  
  We will immediately replace a defective, broken, damaged, or wrong item with the same style number only, entirely at our expense. There is no restocking fee in this event, and we pay the postage both ways. We examine each item very, very closely, as it is packed.
