All Brides want a brand new item on their wedding day, therefore due to our large selection and unbeatable prices ONLY 2 ITEMS are allowed with a return.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Pre-approval for returns is required
All returns must be received by us within 7 days from receipt of Return Authorization number (RA). Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable -- ALSO ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS AFTER WEDDING DATE
- There is a 20% restocking fee on all applicable returns. We do not refund shipping. We apologize but the restocking fee is justified as it takes time out of our busy day to receive and unpack the item, inspect it for damage, return it to inventory, update our inventory, unpack the item, this is cost to us. Also if a free shipping coupon code was used or if the order is now less than the 150.00 due to the return a shipping charge of $8.95 will be deducted from the return, this is our cost to ship the initial item out to you which you are now returning.
- if ordering jewerly for bridal party please order one piece first to ensure you like the item we CANNOT take returns on over 3 pcs of the same jewelry
- If you decide to exchange your items for something else of equal or higher value the exchange fee will only be 5%. (we will work with you to be sure you are satisfied) -
- Bella-Tiara will inspect any returned item and determine if item has been used or if they are in salable condition. Merchandise that is returned in non-saleable condition will be immediately sent back to the customer. Postage, shipping and handling charges are not reimbursable.
- Damaged or wrongly packed items will not incur any restocking fee, will be immediately replaced with the same item only, and we will pay for both return and reshipping of the new item,
however if the customer chooses to return the item then the standard 20% restocking fee will apply
If returning your entire order or your order falls below our 150.00 guideline and the FREE shipping option was selected on your order, a shipment fee of 8.95 will be charged, this will NOT be refunded back to your credit card, the refund will be minus the shipping, this is the cost for us to ship out the item to you which you are now returning.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
--- email us at bella-tiara@earthlink.net within 3 days of receipt, please state the reason for the return, we will then email you a return authorization number and a return address (Please include your order number and last name on the email)
--- once an RA number is issued the item should be received within 7 days - please use tracking to ensure delivery (no returns after wedding date or after 7 days)
--- ship the package back in the original packaging if possible, also please pack well, if damage occurs due to poor packing customer will be held responsible and item will be refused.
Please note that if these steps are not followed we will not accept your return. We will not accept returns sent back to us in any type of envelope, or without proper padding, i.e: tissue paper, bubble wrap - items are fragile therefore they need to be protected.

Our prefer method of shipping is via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, most favors will be shipped UPS Ground -

- Designer tiara and veils take approximately seven to ten business days to ship unless item is on backorder (customer will be contacted asap for delivery date)
